Not for everyone

We made a deliberate choice to build less.

If you have a revenue management team, a 200-room property, and the budget for a full-featured RMS — you should use one. Atomize, Duetto, IDeaS — they're good at what they do, and MAYA is not trying to compete with them.

We built MAYA for the properties those systems weren't designed for. The 30-room boutique that can't justify $300 a month for software that requires a training course to operate. The GM who is the revenue manager, the front desk manager, and the person fixing the Wi-Fi. The owner who knows their market better than any algorithm but doesn't have time to update rates across 396 days every morning.

If you're currently using the basic yield tool built into your PMS, MAYA will be comparably priced — and dramatically more capable. A 396-day booking horizon, pickup-based pricing, and per-room-type rules are things your PMS tool was never built to do.

There should be something between doing it all manually and handing everything over to a black box. There wasn't. So we built it.
